Usability Test Set-Up

1. Hi! Thank you for your time. We are studying UX Design at UX+ University. We're currently designing a mobile app for students to access courses, schools, scholarships, online education, and opportunities. Your feedback will help us know if the app functions as intended
2. Just to confirm, we’d like keep this session to 30 minutes. Does that work for you?
3. Great. We'll start by asking you a few questions then I’ll ask you to share your screen and accomplish a few activities.

Getting to Know the Participant (Ask if new participant only)

1. Tell me about yourself — what is your name? age? school? course/program?
2. How did you go about choosing a course and school? Which factors did you consider?
3. Are your parents involved in your academic decisions? If yes, how?
4. Which features and services of edukasyon have you used in the past? What was your experience with them? Any other features?
